Since production started in March of 2005, Industries LacWood Inc. has been operating under specific policies to ensure every aspect of operations respect the environment, the workforce, and the workplace.

Industries LacWood Inc. CARES ABOUT the environment:

only lumber from certified forests is purchased/used;
air, ground and water pollution is always prevented;
all waste generated by the plant is recycled or disposed of properly;
the products fabricated are not a nuisance to the environment...

All Provincial laws are respected at all times;
Proper training is given to employees;
Ministry of Labour laws are enforced at all times;
Health & Safety is well-known, common sense to all...

Industries LacWood Inc CARES ABOUT its WORKPLACE:

All Laws and Regulations regarding Building Codes are respected;
Workplace Safety & Insurance Board ( W.S.I.B.) procedures are implemented at all times;
Clean and ventilated work stations are available for all employees;
Noise levels are controlled at all times ...
